HRIS Business Analyst (Contract/Permanent)
Location: North England Country: UK Rate: £45k - £55k per annum
 

Lawrence Harvey is looking for an experienced HRIS Business Analyst to join a leading client of ours for an initial 12 month fixed term contract.

This role is a key part of a brand new project team working on a greenfield Dayforce implementation. You will be responsible for the as-is and to-be process mapping for our client and be pivotal in the successful delivery of the brand new HRIS and payroll implementation.

HRIS Business Analyst

12 month fixed term contract

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Remote with occasional travel to North of England for specific meetings and workshops

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Gathering business requirements
  • As-Is and To-Be process mapping
  • Ensure HRIS meets business needs
  • Assisting with test script design
  • Extensive HR transformation experience
  • Proven track record of HR system implementation (Dayforce experience preferable)
