The Opportunity

As IT Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technology strategy, driving efficiency improvements, and delivering innovative solutions to support the business objectives. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to define and implement digital propositions and IT strategies across our diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver effective IT infrastructure and architecture to optimise business operations
• Drive significant efficiency improvements through the introduction of group-wide software solutions
• Enhance the core learner journey and recruitment products to elevate the entire revenue stream
• Ensure that training delivery is supported by innovative technology to enhance customer experience

About You

We are seeking a collaborative and tenacious leader with a demonstrable track record in senior IT/Digital roles.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/experience:

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
• A passion for driving significant change and innovation across the business
• Outstanding communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Experience in developing and delivering effective IT and digital strategies
• Proficiency in implementing data management procedures and Business Intelligence systems
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate through periods of operational change
• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI and their application in business settings
