Data Engineer - Big Data, Unity Catalog, Python, PySpark, Azure DevOps, Utilities

Xpertise are urgently looking for a Data Engineer (Big Data, Unity Catalog, Python, PySpark, Azure DevOps, Utilities) for an immediate start.

Candidates will have the following skills and experience:

Proven experience as a Data Engineer working on large scale data inventory and familiarisation programmes
Proven experience of data ingestion, data cleansing and data transformation
Proven experience of Databricks ideally with Unity Catalog
Proven experience with Python
Proven experience with PySpark CI/CD with Azure DevOps
Proven experience of Azure infrastructure focusing on data analytics
Experience of highly regulated environments
Experience of utilities/smart metering/energy

Role is inside IR35. Mainly remote with occasional travel to various UK offices.
