Business Change Manager (Contract)
Location: Scotland Country: UK Rate: £400 - £450 per day
 

Business Change Manager - Around £450 a day (Inside IR35) - 6 Month Initial Contract (with extension opportunity) - Hybrid Working (WFH and Edinburgh based office) - Public Sector.

Please apply if you have: Oracle Fusion experience within the Public Sector and the following qualification/s: PROSCI, ADKAR, ITIL.

Other Essential Skills:
* Communicating and engaging across multiple stakeholders to influence change agenda outcomes.
* Being comfortable operating and delivering tangible results on a complex and face-paced environment.
* Proactively shaping and leading change events which are customer centric.
* Contributing and collaborating with business change colleagues to deliver shared objectives.
* Designing and facilitating customer forums at an organisation level and a wide range of change journey events at an individual level.
* Measuring organisation level engagement and change readiness, and user adoption.
* Project management to PRINCE2, APM or equivalent level Change Management qualification.
