Small Change Functional Consultant - D365

Salary: Competitive

You will be required to support the consultancy and delivery teams across the full project life cycle in compliance with policies and standards by implementing best practice approaches to pre-sales/design & analysis, configuration, testing and change management. The right candidate will have strong D365 experience, particularly around customisation.

* Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the customer's organization to secure a thorough set of requirements that align with business goals and gain a solid understanding of existing business processes.
* Offer expert knowledge of the core D365 CE applications and assess the customer's business processes against the standard functionality available in D365 CE.
* Manage smaller D365 CE implementation projects, including overseeing budgets, resources, and milestone reporting, with support from Crimson's PMO and guidance from senior or lead consultants.

* Provide pre-sales support, including product demonstrations and estimates, in collaboration with the Crimson Sales and Consultancy teams.
* When modifications or customisations to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 application or processes are needed, facilitate the customer's decision-making process and together with senior or lead consultants, create the functional design document that will guide the development phase.
* Handle the conduct of acceptance testing and train customer staff to ensure they can effectively adopt and maintain the D365 CE solution.
* Bring industry-specific experience and insights to recognise challenges and risks associated with implementing vertically aligned applications.
