IT Support Technician/Engineer

I am working with a Global social media firm who are currently on the market seeking to hire a contract IT Support Engineer based on site in Dublin.

Seeking the following:

• L2 IT Support Technician role based out of Dublin office
• 4-5 years IT experience
• Familiar with SaaS and having enterprise experience
• Revolving around service desk, ticketing, IT on boarding duties, asset management, support for MacOS fleet, ChromeOS, and Windows support
• Working with the IT Service desk in Dublin
• 10 -15 Tickets a day on average

This is a 6 month contract above market rate.
